Scott,

Task Scheduler Does Not Run Tasks When "Run As" User Account Has No Password:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=311119

Solution:

- Create a password for the user account [Administrator?]
or,
- visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and download the fix [run scheduled tasks without password]

NOTE: It's advisable to set a strong password for the Administrator account, not only for this purpose, but in the security point of view.

In the task scheduler, I get the following message on all
my tasks:
"the scheduled task did not run because an incorrect
password or user name was entered."
I created these tasks using my administrators account (I
only have that and the standard guest acct) and I don't
have a password set for it. This is how XP was set up
when I got my new PC last week. Can anyone help?
