Hi Steve,

Give this a try:

Navigate to g:\documents and settings\steve\my documents\my psp folder.
Right-click on the folder, select properties, then Security tab. If there's
no Security tab, go to Tools>Folder Options>View tab, scroll to near the
bottom and uncheck "Use simple file sharing", click Apply, then OK. Now
right-click on the above-mentioned folder, Properties, Security tab. In
"Group or user names" field, select your user name and, perhaps,
Administrator. In the "Permissions" field, ensure that Allow is selected for
all the options, then click Apply then OK. If you want, do the same for the
g:\documents and settings folder itself. Restart. See if you can now
successfully install Paint Shop Pro.

Regards,
