>Sounds like you may have something trying to come on at
start-up,that may have been deleated.Try start--run--type
in msconfig--enter--click start-up tab--now look for
WINLOGIN in the command--uncheck it--apply--ok--exit
restart---when it reboots check don't show me this again
and ok on the configuration utility.
