Error When loggin on

When i log onto any of my names in windows xp i get an
error saying couldnt find WINLOGIN and another error
message pops up with abunch of #'s can get them if you
need them. Also i cant use Scandisk. was going to see if
there was a problem, but it wont let me. Now my sound is
acting up. I have an up to date Noronts anti virus. I
scaned for mydoom and all other viruses. and i come up
clean. Please help me. or at least get me started on the
right path to what i can do to fix these problems. Thanks
