Hi Steve,

That would depend on how you access the internet. As Wesley pointed out, you
won't have access if you're on dialup, and I'm not certain about DSL.
However, if you have cable access, where you need not dialup or invoke an
Access Manager, you should be able to access the internet. In fact, to test
this theory about cable access, I am currently in Safe Mode with Networking
and am able to access the internet.
