Instead of upgrading the computer to work with that printer, you're better
off finding a used printer that will work with the computer.
You could probably add slightly more memory, but upgrading the processor is
going to be somewhere between very difficult and impossible.
I'd suggest not bothering with trying to upgrade. If it works now, use it
as-is, and when you have a better idea what you use the computer for, you
can buy a new (or newer) computer that will do what you need.
Here's a hint: I just scrapped about a half-dozen computers of that vintage
and gave them to a company that's going to use the parts in a bar top.
That's about all that computer is worth.
