Svchost.exe going crazy on startup

I run McAfee 7.01 Pro and found one the other day.
Cleaned it and run again(good). Done the Spybot S&D and
Adaware 6 (both good). Should the system return to
normal after the virus is cleaned/deleted? If not, do
you know what file would be corrupted?
