I've had the same problem but haven't figured it out yet.
You can turn off the auto restart so you'll be able to
read the whole message. Start, control panel, system,
advanced, then under the strtup and recovery section near
the bottom, click settings, then uncheck automatically
restart. If you get help with the other I'll be looking
for that too.
