Stop Error When Trying to do initial setup

I am building two monster computers to run some high end
CAD software for the company that I work for. I have got
everything built and the BIOS all set as far as I know
and when I go to load Windows XP I get through all the
setup partition and it does it's thing untill when it
restarts it flashes the Win XP front page and then comes
up with a stop error Unmoutable_boot_volume

Stop: 0x000000ED (0x897CF9E0, 0xC0000185, 0x00000000,
0x00000000)

Can anyone help me with this??
