HTTP 502 - the server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, received an invalid response from the upstream server it accessed in attempting to fulfill the request.

Either the firewall, proxy server, or malware is causing this issue.
If you haven't posted this issue to the WD newsgroup as yet, please post back with what firewall/proxy server is being used and when was the last time the system was scanned for the presence of malware.
