Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance
Sorry, that is XP Pro SP2, but I think I may have solved it now with advice
given elsewhere - running "Control Userpasswords2" and modifying the users.
Thanks very much.

Hi
I have hibernation permitted on my computer, and I use it quite often.
Recently, though, when it has started up out of hibernation, it is with
the
administrator logon, and not mine, and mine is not available..
If I restart on shutdown, it also comes back as administrator, and my
logon
is again not available. How can I work round this, as it is very
frustrating
having to shut down the computer every time I want to start it up!
Regards, and thanks for reading this.
You sure there isn't a startup problem and Windows *HOME* is coming up
in its safe mode? You did not mentio WHICH version of Windows XP that
you use.
