Bad. Products like this are nothing but snake oil, and are more likely
to cause a problem than to fix one.
You run three good anti-spyware programs, so you should be good there.
Get rid of Norton and Tuneup Utilities, and get a good anti-virus
program. There are several good ones. I personally like the freeware
Avast!
You don't mention a Firewall program, but if you're not already
running one, you should do that too.
Regarding CCleaner, yes, it's good, as long as you avoid using its
registry cleaning feature. Registry cleaning isn't needed and is
dangerous.
I have rebates on the Norton so would
only be out about 5 bucks.
