Please send the exact error message and does this behaviour occur
with
all
websites or just the secure log in sites?.
Do you have an up2date Virus scanner and Anti-malware application,
scan
for
malware and vorises.

its not an error message its a box saying insert cd for blueyonder as
though your installing it,in the top left hand corner it has 3 small
comp,it was my daughters tower and she had blueyonder on it i just
cant
find it to uninstall looked everywhere obviousley not everywhere or i
would of found it thanx for replying,love to know where people get
all
there knowledge
