Make yourself a new user account. Does it work? If yes, copy over your
data from your original user account and use the new one. When you feel
you've gotten everything the way you want it, delete the old user
account.

Wont let me create a new account as it says im i haven't got enough
authority. It basicaly won't let me do anything!!!!
I can't do a sytem restore for the same reason & when i try the f8
button when turning on i dont get save mode option.
Any other ideas??
