When I have all windows minimized in my laptop, if I right-click on my
desktop wallpaper and click "Refresh" all my icons are moved to the left
of
the screen. It also happens when I reboot or startup the laptop. My other
computers don't do that, and it's driving me bonkers! Any idea how I can
stop
the icons from moving? Thanks!

Right click a blank spot on the desktop, put the cursor over "Arrange Icons
By" and uncheck "Auto Arrange".
