Only Google history? I don't see that as possible unless you are using
a Google toolbar. If a Google toolbar, then look in Options-Search Box
Settings and uncheck the two "Suggest" boxes.
If you mean all AutoComplete then:
Have you tried IE-Tools-Internet Options-Content-AutoComplete?
