How does one access the application "Photoshop Elements": and in which
programme?
In addition to the answers of others, Adobe Photoshop Elements is
typically supplied with many common scanners, digital camera gear,
etc. If not presently installed, look in the utility cdroms that
come with such equipment. Otherwise, one needs to buy it from a
software store and install it.
