The folder QUYSUK99 is one of the four random named folders that gets
created in
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
To delete *all* of your Temporary Internet Files...
1) Start | Run | Type: inetcpl.cpl | Click OK
Or right click the Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop
Or Start | Settings | Control Panel | Internet Options
Best to do this with all instances of Internet Explorer closed. Especially
if there are a large number of files. Also close OE.
2) On the General Tab, in the middle of the screen, click on Delete Files
3) Check the box: Delete all offline content {This cleans >>
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
AND
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
and \Content.MSO (Created by an MS Office program)}
4) Click on OK and wait for the hourglass icon to stop after it deletes the
temporary internet files
5) You can now click on Delete Cookies and click OK to delete cookies that
websites have placed on your hard drive.
6) You can also click on the Clear History button to empty your History
folder.
Note: If you do NOT select the Delete all offline content box, not
everything will be cleaned out.
Content.IE5 is a hidden folder.
1) Start | Run | Type: inetcpl.cpl | OK
2) On the General Tab, in the middle of the screen, click on Delete Files
3) Click on OK and wait for the hourglass icon to stop after it deletes the
temporary internet files
{This cleans >> C:\Documents and Settings\YourNameHere\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files}
4) On the General Tab, in the middle of the screen, click on Delete Files
{Yes, one more time!!!}
5) Check the box Delete all offline content
{This cleans >> C:\Documents and Settings\YourNameHere\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5}
6) Click on OK and wait for the hourglass icon to stop after it deletes the
temporary internet files
7) You can now click on Delete Cookies and click OK to delete cookies that
websites have placed on your hard drive.
To clear the Internet History in IE:
1) Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools
2) Click on Internet Options
3) On the General Tab, in the middle of the screen, click on Clear History
4) Click OK

In news:walshy35.2hgx7v@xxxxxxxxxxxx,
walshy35 <walshy35.2hgx7v@xxxxxxxxxxxx> hunted and pecked:
I've been having problems defragmenting my laptop (Acer Travelmate
534XCi); getting the message:
"Disk Defragmenter cannot continue prescan because there is a
corruption in file: C:\Documents and
Settings\Demo User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content\IE5\QUYSUK99"
I've tried running check disc but when I select the 'fix problems'
option I get the message that exclusive access to Windows files and I
should schedule the task to be performed when I restart. I have said
'yes' to this but nothing appears to happen on restart!
I've tried running 'cleanmgr' to clear the Temporary Internet Files and
Temporary files but this hasn't helped.
I also installed Registrybot hoping it would solve the problem. Sadly
I'm still getting the same message.
Is there something I'm doing wrong? Can anyone suggest a solution?
