No! There are not three locations. This a single location with three
different ways of accessing it. If you delete one, you delete everything.

And memory isn't involved here at all. If it could save anything (and again,
it can *not*) it would be disk space it saved, not memory.

problems in the defaualted save path's in Excel, Word, etc... .


No. This is normal, and creates no problems. Leave it alone.

Both are same. E.g. in My Computer - 'Rajiv's Documents' and same
under "Documents and Settings\Rajiv's\My Documents". If you still
confused, place a file in My Document and check it through My
Documents, Your Name Documents, and Document and Settings\Your
Name\My Documents.

In Windows XP, User profile and their data is saved under Documents
and Settings.
