Neither motherboard is anything to write home about. Both are
low-end systems and "slow" is a relative term. Moreover, the
PCChips MB863G uses an AMD Duran CPU whilst the Biostar P4M80-M4,
an Intel Celeron with VIA chipset.
As a general rule, buying a custom-built system is not the route
to take for a neophyte computer buyer. There were better choices
from the major OEM brands.
