unable to find mswbar.dll

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry



can anyone shed any light on an error im getting after boot up ?
the error is
C:PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\MWSBAR.dll

the specified module could not be found

ive tried to reinstall my win xp service pack 2 ( not a full install )

but the error keeps appearing ive gone to msconig and unchecked the box
for the bootup

my system has been checked for spyware and viruses

ive tried to find file but cant

any help would be appreciated
