task schedule problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I just finished installing Norton Anti Virus 2006 and discovered that all my
scheduled tasks were deleted. Is there a way I can bring them back without
have to create new entries? Some of those task took me a long time to
figure out.
