First reseat the monitor connections and check the connectors.
But my guess is a failure in the red color gun and/or circuitry.
Try this monitor on a different computer and another monitor on this
computer.

I consider myself somewhat computer literate; however, I feel absolutly
stupid because I am unable to fix this problem. My children have
obviously created a conflict with my monitor's color scheme but I have
been unsuccessful in my attempts to correct it. I thought it could be
fixed by using the screen options...NO! I tried fixing it through the
display option...NO! I have read self-help sites...NO! I need help.
The picture is true to size; however, the color is all blues and
greens...nothing else! It's this way for every screen visualized,
online, offline, through programs, you name it! How can I fix this?
