You can have multiple news servers but you access each through a
separate window. The one thing I don't like about knode is the

Yes, I totally agree with you about the filters being flaky. But KNode
and I go way back and we are comfortable with each other's faults. ;-)
Maybe I'll give Pan another try when I upgrade to 10.1 later this
year.
And now enough of the *nixing on a Windows group, eh? :-)
