Expect that email to become your junk repository.
You need the right equipment and applications (although Movie Maker 2 can do
a lot with the video) in order to do this.
Search for (using Google.com) help with your hardware (what you have that
allows you to get video into your computer) and with Movie maker 2 and also,
for the slideshow thing (and assuming you have microsoft office) - Microsoft
Producer.
