Does this mean you know how to do it or you want someone to give you an answer on how to do it?? If you know then share it and if you don't please rephrase your question as it is very confusing. Of course, if english is not your native language then this reponse will not be understood by you.

| After 2 1/2 years of owning my first computer I have solved with delight
| and astonishment the problem that when I use any method to scroll a web page
| the whole screen jerks in large sections .
| I looked through the ControlPanel in Windows XP Home Edition and unchecked
| all the options in each folder that I thought I did not need . Either I found
| the option I needed to uncheck to stop the jerkiness or I cleared enough
| memory .
| I have 512MB's of memory and before the jerkiness problem was solved there
| was 305MB's of memory available . After I had been through the control panel
| unchecking boxes there was 350MB's of memory available .
| The option where I can select the number of lines to scroll when I scroll
| with the mouse nor the option to choose smooth scrolling had any effect
| previously .
| Has anyone a clue to how I solved the problem .
| I will install a new graphics card next week I want to have the solution
| ready .
