The best you cabn do is follow instructions.. if you get further problems,
try another AV program..
Have you run SpyBot, Adaware to see what they find?.. you might also want to
download and run SpywareBlaster too..

Ewido is a 30 day trial, but looks to be pretty good.. even worth paying for
