Hi Michele: The problem seems to be with the Macromedia download page. you
need to download the installer file from another download site to your hard
drive and then install it like any other program, you can downlad the Flash
Player alone or with the Shockwave Player included (Shockwave is necessary
for games and other moving images).. if by any chance you have trouble with
Macromedia, you can install Irfanview, it's a multiformat viewer and may
help.
