Re: Printing Problems with Remote Desktop



Okay, now you lost me on the plug and play. I hate to sound so daft, but
when I get to the office and load the printer information. Exactly where
would I note that it is a non plug and play device. I often wonder how it is
that you computer savvy folks put up with the dense questions that we slower
learners ask. But, you can't imagine how you have helped me. I am Health
and Safety Director for the Red Cross and with Katrina creating such horrible
conditions in the South, my department has fell behind quite a bit and not
being able to print at home has really thrown me for a loop. \
