The REAL answer to Limited user woes?

XP does not allow limited users to use Administrator installed programs
period. The Administrator has to install everything therefore the limited
user gets very few programs that will run PROPERLY for them. Supposedly
newer programs are running PROPERLY for them. Apparently OE 6 has not been
set up PROPERLY yet.
