<VBG> It strikes me that I actually may need their help at some time for a
hardware problem. I know that there are very many knowledgeable folks who
contribute here and, together, I'm sure that we could crack many OS
problems. Unfortunately that wouldn't help if I needed to return the laptop
for Sony to replace some hardware (assuming that it's covered by the
warranty)!
