Yes, we know you're having problems with IE. You've told us in three
separate posts. Please don't make new posts about the same subject; be
patient and wait at least 24 hours.

You haven't given us have enough information to get specific help.
Things to check and try:

1. Make sure the computer is 100% virus and malware-free. Here is a link

2. You haven't told us how you connect to the Internet, so there might
be problems with your ISP, your connection, and/or the hardware with
which you connect.
