Hi Roger,

How do I create a default association for files with an unknown extension?:

Side-effect of using that method:
Clicking the "Open With" or "Choose Program..." option always opens the file
with Notepad?:

Instead, you can add an additional context-menu named "Open with Notepad"
for 'Unknown' file types. Post back if you're interested.
