Going by the path you give here: "C:\FIX\SETUP\SETUP.EXE"
your repair routine is not standard Windows. This looks like something that
has been provided by your OEM. Suggest contacting them or researching their
online resources for more information about how their FIX\SETUP routine
should be used and how to troubleshoot any problems you may run into when
using it.
