Thanks Carey for responding. This link is trying to automate a program. I don't have a program. Instead of copying a folder on my hard drive and pasting it into a folder on our server for "backing up", I want it done automatically, say once a week. Do I have to write code or use a special program to run this procedure or is there VB coding that I could write and make it an .exe? I'm a little rusty on the VB coding. Thanks!
