    I opened up internet explorer/tools/internet options and a pop up screen
    came up:
    "" The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect of this
    computer. Please contact your system administrator"".
    I am the only one who uses the computer and I don't know what happened.
    Could someone please help???
