Hi,
Download her file, right-click it and select edit. It should open in
notepad, and you can see the registry files that are affected (deleted)
after the explorer shell has been halted. When restarted, the keys are
rebuilt. There are a number of steps that need to take place, and what Kelly
(with a little help if you read the acknowledgement lines) is simplify this
process and automate it.
