Many, many years ago I obtained a copy of an old DOS
program called 4PRINT. It allowed you to print multiple
pages to a single *** of paper. My old computer (whose
HD has since been reformatted) had 4PRINT installed in
such a way that it appeared in the Windows98 dialog box
as a printer whenever you went to print something. I
still have all the 4PRINT files, including the 4SHELL
file which was the Windows 3.1 interface but I can't
remember how to install 4PRINT as a printer.

Is there anybody out there still alive who knows how to
    do this?

    TIA,
    Jack
