Hi
No I do not but remember at all because I deal with all OS since Win2000 on many computers.
I keep on each computer a small txt file in special maintained folder that I created.
When I install the OS I use this free program, http://www.softwaregeek.com/download/serviwin.html
Select all the Services in the Action menu, and save them by Save Selected in the Save entry under the File menu.
It enables to save a very clean file with the status of all the Services in a plain text file.
Every time when I make a change to a Service (it usually not very often), I record the event with the date next to the Service in question in the text file.
Windows Native Services view has something like this to, but it is not saving the list as neatly as the above.
