Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

What I also down is rebooted my computer with all of my startup programs
disabled which includes zonealarm, winpatrol, and norton. I have gone
into the task manager and stopped all of the processes related to these
programs and I can still can not get into the websites if I am going
through my
router. I also started my IE8 without any add ons.

I don't have anything to add to what I already wrote. Something you've
installed, done, or have running is causing the issue. There is no way for
me to troubleshoot this without seeing the computer.

If it's important to you, figure out the answer and reverse the change. If
you can't do it yourself, have a competent local tech come on-site. This
will not be someone from a BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type of place.

I'm sorry I was unable to help you.
