Sound like computer browser issue. Have you enabled NetBIOS over TCP/IP? Or posting the results of ipconfig /all on all 3 computers.

Hi Bob. I ping the IP address, not the name of the computer. I can also go to
Start-Run and type in the computer name (\\Name) and connect to the shared
drives after that. It also holds the connection 60-90 minutes.

When you ping, do you ping IP or name? it could be name resolution issue.
