Hi, I hope this is the right place for this question. I recently installed
an SBS2008 system moving the 10 workstations to a server based network
from a peer to peer network. One of the applications used in the
accounting department requires two XP SP3 workstations to connect to
another XP SP3 workstation via the web. This worked before the move but
now the two stations cannot "see" the main station. I can ping the main
station from each one, I can resolve it via dns from each of the other two
but when I type in http://computername:8080 They dont see it and the
application does not come up? Any ideas what I am missing or suggestions
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
