I've posted this before and have gotten nowhere.
I have a laptop running XP Pro. Stopped connecting to internet and ISP
provider for email.
Cannot connect either through wireless net or dialup.
Tried remedy links sent from Jack-MVP to me and to others. Virus scan was
clean.
Should I wipe the disk and start over?
