question about wake on lan

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I can run the "wake on lan" from the dos command line as :
wolcmd [mac address] [ipaddress] etc

Is it possible to automate this in a batch file so I don't have to type it
in each time?
