Home network and file sharing

Hello Everybody,
My desktop has WinXP Pro SP2 while my brother's laptop has WinXP Home. Both
computers have multiple user accounts for different family members. We both
share internet by using a wireless router. My brother has his accounts on
both, desktop and laptop, computers. Is it possible (in a home network
setup) that my brother can access only his account on desktop from his
laptop? If yes then how? I have been searching this on internet for weeks
but no luck so far.
Thank you,
