Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded

I kept getting the following error on a joine workstation.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1500
Date: 4/1/2008
Time: 2:51:59 PM
User: myDomain\station2
Computer: WORKSTATION6
Description:
Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check that
you are connected to the network, or that your network is functioning
correctly. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.

DETAIL - The system cannot find the file specified.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

The Workstation6 machined is able to joined the domain fine without any
errors. The only error is when a domain user tries to login to the
workstation. The domain users does not have roaming profile. So I'm not sure
why or what profile it's trying to load.
