I use Window XP sp3 and a ADSL for internet connection.
Yestersay there was a power breakdown when my computer was connected
to Internet  After I powered on the computer again, I could not make

SP3 has not yet been released, as far as I'm aware.


Service Pack 3 (SP3) is still in test phases. It should not be
installed on any PC that has "important" files since if the service
pack fails to work correctly, you may have to re-format / re-install
XP (SP3 may not uninstall correctly / completely.)

Un-install SP3, is you can.
