I use Window XP sp3 and a ADSL for internet connection.
Yestersay there was a power breakdown when my computer was connected
to Internet After I powered on the computer again, I could not make
a dail up connection by the reason of Error 711 The Remote Access
Connection Manager could not be loaded. Then I go to Services to try
to start the Remorte Access Connection Manager, it failed to start
and there was an error message the relevant module could not be found.
How how I shoould do to resume Remote Access Connection Manager and
he dail up connection.

Please help.

SP3 has not yet been released, as far as I'm aware.
