When I follow the info from MS, they ref a screen with Secutity as one of the
tabs, I see Sharing, not Secutity. I have admin rights, What do I need to do.

First off, the folders must be located on a drive that is formatted NTFS. Check
on the properties *** for the drive to see which file system it uses.
If Windows XP Professional is installed on your computer, go to Control Panel,
double click Folder Options, click on the View tab, and uncheck "Use simple file
sharing". Click OK and you should now see the Security tab in a folder's
Properties ***.
If XP Home Edition is installed on your computer, you'll have to boot into Safe
Mode to have access to the Security tab. To boot into Safe Mode, restart your
computer and keep hitting the F8 key until a menu appears. Use the up and down
arrow keys on your computer to select Safe Mode and hit the Enter key.
Good luck
