If other computers can access the host but your, it could be a security software running on the host computer. try to start the host and your computer clean booting. This how to may help,

Sure, the sharing folder is on another host, everyone expect me could access
it in our LAN. If I enter "\\10.74.52.11" in the "Run" window, windows will
send "TCP-syn" to the 80 port of the host '10.74.52.11', of course, this is
unreachable.
